We currently run our yoga retreats and holidays at three different venues in the South-western Algarve.

The Couple Retreats are taking place in Monte Velho, Carrapateira, a breath taking Yoga Retreat venue standing with a very beautiful round yoga hall, sitting on top of the hills of the Algarve's west coast.

The Yoga Delight Retreats / and Yoga Surf Holidays are taking place at beautiful rustic quinta with a lush garden, swimming pool and in walking distance to Salema beach and other ‘secret’ beaches.

The personal coachings are taking place at Moinho Calmo, in Vila do Bispo. A boutique B & B with a very spacious Yoga Shala. There are many beaches very close by (10 min by car).

All our yoga retreats and holidays are suitable for beginners, intermediates, and experienced yogis. In our view, the most advanced yogi is not the one that masters the most difficult poses, but the one that is connected to his or her body and who shines with compassion. Everyone is welcome!  

In all our Yoga Retreats / Holidays we eat deliciously and healthy food, mostly purchased at our local farmer’s market. The diet is vegetarian, mostly vegan, sugar free and mostly gluten free.

We do highly recommend that you stay clear of any toxic activities that interfere with the high-energy build up to your yoga holiday program. We do ask that our clients refrain from taking alcohol, nicotine or any other drugs for the duration of your stay.

We promise to put all our love into the teaching, food, yoga and all other activities.  It is a holiday where you can truly come and relax. No cooking, no washing up, no organizing and you don't even need an alarm clock. 

There is internet access in all of the venues. 

In order to confirm your space we ask for a 50% reservation deposit (cancellation policy). The groups are kept small, so we can go deep,. I is advisable to secure your spaces early. 

Arrival times on the arrival day is between 4 and 6pm, departure on the leaving day is 10am.

It is a 1.15 - 1.30 hour drive from Faro to all these 3 venues.

Airport Transfers and airline tickets are not included in the price. Please contact us for airport transfer solutions. The accommodation, meals, classes, courses, equipment etc. are included in the package price.
