This weekend is for HER, to tap into her body intelligence, to connect to her belly, to express in voice, in words, in dance and movement. To help her slowing down, soften and open so she can feel. To let her create, to let her shine.
Women spending time together is an ancient tradition that we should never have lost. Women resonate with each other through the body. Just by spending a weekend with a group of women singing and dancing and moving and sharing, you will feel the magic healing.
I believe, to restore the planet earth, we have to restore the power that exists in every women’s pelvis!

This retreat for HER is a weekend packed with yoga, mediation, energy work, deep relaxation, singing, dancing, sharing, moving and bringing her back into an embodied, juicy, alive and wonderful being she is. It’s an intense, but beautifully powerful transformative weekend.

On Friday we start a 10.00 with an opening circle, on Sunday we finish after lunch and say goodbye at 14.00
You will go home feeling amazing… with an open voice, with a soft skin, with a body that has danced and felt sensual and with a lot of new flavours of how to move through life from here on.
The retreat is hosted by me, but my dear friend Jeanette Tromp will assist me and will offer hoer magic hands for massages in your spare time.
It will take place in The Land Of Now, Groningen. Amazing if we can arrange for some women to travel together, but if you come by public transport, form Groningen take Bus 178 to Veenweg in Hellum. From there you can be picked up (a couple of min drive).
Somehow along the way we women have internalised patriarchy/capitalism in our system, where all that counts is how efficient and strong and hard working we are and we lost touch of our body, our inner wisdom, our gut feeling, our true nature. It happened to me too….! This weekend is here to tap into the true nature of being a women.
