This retreat is for HER to tap into who she really is if she can ‘just be’.

I will invite you to slow down, to breathe, to feel, to soften, to loosen the hips, to open your voice, to rest, to allow yourself to be nourished and to be able to receive … so you can just be who you really are in your organic feminine.

… slowing down to listen to what is true! … not to become a better version of your self, but to just be yourself!

 

The Retreat:

Since 3 decades, my main somatic practice is yoga and I do love the clear instructions, discipline and commitment that comes with it. But it is only since I started dancing and moving in more non-linnear ways, allowing flow and chaos to happen, moving ‘just how I feel’... that I felt my embodiment practice to be more me.

So, we will do both. The morning program inculdes yoga in form of meditation, energy work, breath work, asanas and deep relaxation. In the afternoon we sing, we dance, we discuss, we share, we learn, we move, we shake, we bounce, we write and we play.  

Beside the program we eat extremely nourishing and deliciously healthy food, freshly prepared with love by our private chef, you can spoil yourself with massages or other treatments, you can rest at the pool, walk to the beach, swim in the ocean, but also you can do just nothing!


Who is if for?

It’s for her who knows there is more to life than just ‘getting by’.

It is for her who feels tired of running around, being stuck in the ‘go – mode’, maybe depleted and exhausted from daily life, from working hard and/or managing the family or relationships.

It is for her how likes to tap into her own needs and desires and would like to learn to receive.

The venue:

This women’s retreat is taking place in the very charming portuguese Quinta da Rosa near Salema with a private swimming pool. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, arched windows, and lovely mahogany floors and doors. It is a very charming and modern house that has a classic and vintage style.

The house has 5 rooms and they can be divided into single, double and a shared (4)rooms. 3 showers and toilets are shared. 

The groups are kept small (ca 8 women), so we can go deep.

Diana, yoga teacher and somatic educator for women is passionate about bringing her back to her essence.

The cook

Liliana is spoiling us preparing nutritional balanced healthy meals. She has studied macrobiotic cooking and is very committed to ecology, sustainability and nature… and her food is dangerously delicious, but super healthy.
